HOW DO REGISTER FOR A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE OR WORKSHOP?

To register, please visit www.Joysource.org and navigate to the Community of Practice or Workshops section. Choose the community of practice or workshop you're interested in and follow the registration instructions provided.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE OR WORKSHOP I REGISTERED FOR?

If you are unable to attend a community of practice or workshop you've registered for, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@joysource.org. Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may be able to issue a ticket for an alternate upcoming event.

INTERESTED IN BECOMING A FACILITATOR OR SHARING VALUABLE RESOURCES WITH JOYSOURCE?

We're always looking for passionate individuals interested in becoming facilitators or sharing valuable resources with our community. Please reach out to us through our contact page on the website to express your interest, and we'll be happy to provide you with more information.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?​
​
Refunds are granted upon receipt of written request to contact@joysource.org when received 14 days before the start date of each individual workshop or learning community, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received less than 14 days before the workshop. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full session(s) fee.
